The Human Resource sector is demonstrating a demand for specific pre-requisite talents in the profiles of successful market leaders of today.

Successful candidates will possess capabilities that enhance their abilities to secure strategic positions for themselves and their company, much more is required from professionals than just the essential competencies of the early 21st Century. They will need a mix of sophisticated competencies that will be developed on the job and through advanced training systems to become the complete professional that continuously demonstrates the capacity to understand and manipulate market trends. They will be required to make informed decisions in terms of the operational, tactical and strategic long term steps that need to be taken to ensure the success of individuals, themselves and the teams that they lead. The true professional of today must work and live by the four pillars of competency, namely superior skills in Leadership, true insights into the power of Evaluation, Goal Oriented Results and advanced skills in Communication. It is naïve to consider that one might operate with any less than these four pillars in today’s extremely competitive market place.

The most desired professional will possess the capacity to develop a dynamic and real knowledge base in the business market they operate in and will know how to manipulate the productive networks in each segment to survive and prosper in today’s market environment.
State of the art themes like Disruptive Technologies, Creative Economies, Green Bonds and the cultural mine fields that exist in Bilateral Deals, needs to be recognized and attended to as standard communication protocols for the talented professional in the dynamic market place in this new millennium.
The insights that need to be developed in the professional of today do not end here! To develop advanced skills in this environment it, is essential to possess comprehensive knowledge of world issues like Geopolitics, World and Country Economies, The Impact of Internal Conflicts, Cultural Behaviours, The Need for Sustainability, and of course the role of Diversity in this ever changing market. The outstanding Leaders of today will possess multi-levelled skills across this entire dynamic spectrum of issues.
Talented professionals skilled in the dynamics of today’s market place will recognize opportunities where others see problems, move forward when others feel it is time to turn back, they will make more with less resources and adopt strategically planned approaches that will embody the success stories of the future that prevail when others fall to the wayside. Market Leaders will be recognized as those that pre-empted these requirements and provided the courses that their people needed to make it big when many others failed to prepare and consequently failed.
The challenges of today are many but look around, there are many companies and individuals who are revelling in the challenges and succeeding. It was never meant to be easy, but anything that is worth winning rarely comes on a silver platter.
